Kmart.com Compliment - Excellent CSR - Customer Service Rep on Chat Talk

I had a problem checking out on Kmart.com, I had a promo code that I thought would work but didn't. Instead of just getting mad and going to another website, I decided to try the live chat that Kmart had set up. I am so glad I did. I had a nice service representative name Alyssa who took the time to help me. She brought down the total price w/shipping from $60.88 to $53.54.

I think people hesitate to use live chat, but I've always had good results. It's the quickest way to get things done. If it's available, I usually use it.

I miss my Kmart. It's been over ten years, and the building is still empty. I wish they'd move back.
