CD Micro ( free-irewards) Complaint - Program promised not sent.

OREGON -- I ordered a program ( Norton 2001 SystemWorks)from this company in response to an email I got. My order was processed A.S.A.P. in so far as my credit card being charged. To date I have not recieved my program. I FINALLY got someone at sales on the phone and they told me it was in stock and they were being shipped. That was 3 weeks ago. Every effort to reach them has failed. Their phone is automated and the mail box is always full. Sales says they do not handel that type of request. Their email site says emails will be answered as soon as they get it but they have not answered mine. This has been 2 months now. As I said my credit card was charged the day after I ordered it but I feel they do not intend on sending the product. I am getting ready to contact the state about this matter. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

I want my product I ordered or all money refunded to me.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
