CNA Insurance Complaint - They won't let me go
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I started a pool cleaning business in Jan. of 2011 and purchased liability insurance with CNA. The business failed in June of 2011 and I called CNA to cancel my policy. There were no claims. After over two dozen phone calls and two cancellation letters, they have continued to harass me with bills and late payments due. Everyone I talk to says they will take care of it and then I get another bill.
