As a member of the A&F teamfor over two years, some of these complaints appall me. Most of all, what offends me is the use of patronizing terms directed at the managers. Calling someone a "little kid" or "12 year old" is so patronizing. You do know that all managers have to have at least a bachelors degree. Only about 30% of Americans even have a college degree so maybe you should be more informed before you call the managers dumb. There are some policies that the managers have to follow that they don't even like, but there are reasons that they exist and you have to respect that.

A degree doesn't mean much unless you go out and do something with it. OK, so you have to be 19-21 to have one, but you can be very immature. You have heard of the expression "book smart," right?

There are many over-educated idiots running around out there. Having a degree really doesn't mean too much when you see some of the programs like World's Dumbest and Most Shocking, and you see what a lot of college kids do while their parents are paying through the nose for a 'good education.'

I work in health insurance and dr's call into my work a lot. These people have spent years in school, and I'm amazed at how little they know sometimes

You all said it so well, I'm not going to say anything other than some schools give out bachelors degrees in boxes of cracker jacks.
