Best Buy Complaint - Worst customer service EVER !
HARRISBURG, PENNSYLVANIA -- Why even have customer service if they don't help the customers. I will never buy from Best Buy again- and I encourage everyone else to do the same. Everytime I go to return something they always argue with me for hours- even though I'm right. Every employee there thinks they know everything and they act like pricks.
I ordered a new TV and had it shipped to my house. They gave us an obviously used floor model. We went to exchange for a new one and they argued with us for hours telling us we were wrong ! My husband works in sales with electronics- we know our TV's ! He finally realized he was wrong after being rude and denying our return for hours.
We bought a 600 dollar laptop there and on Christmas when we turn it on the screen comes up with the blue warning screen ! I had a computer half the price for 5 years and never have I had a problem with mine. Then when we try to return it the next day they won't let us return it. The customer service was horrible, the managers were horrible, but the main manager was the worst by far. A monkey could do a better job then any of the employees I have come across. I will NEVER shop there again and I advise the rest of you to heed my warning. You will get nothing but trouble when going there.
