HomeDepot.com Complaint - Worse customer servcie EVER
I ordered 5 blinds prior to Thanksgiving. After a week and no info, I called to see the status of my order. I was told my order was "lost" and that, even though I had already been charged, I needed to reorder. I did and the next day, 3 out of 5 blinds from the original order arrived.
I called to let them know and they had no record of sending them to me and supposed adjusted my new order to only 2 blinds. That's when I noticed that 3 that were sent were the wrong sizes. I took them in store to return and this was a HUGE hassle. It took well over an hour to return them.
I have since called HomeDepot.com 4 times in the last 2 weeks inquiring/demanding my refund for the remaining 2 blinds. They first had no record of these and then stated that they "showed" they sent me all 5 and I only returned 3. REALLY?!!!
I have called repeatedly only to be told my refund was issued and I would see in 3-5 days. That has taken a month of phone calls. I called in again today... 12/26 and still no refund issued. I talked with upper mgmt and supposed it was done today. Doubtful.
I am placing a call with my cc company to dispute the charges.
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HOME DEPOT OR HOME DEPOT. COM AGAIN!
