Bestbuy Complaint - Lack of help on renewing service warranty
DES MOINES, IOWA -- I received a notice that my service warranty would expire in 01/10/12 so I went to store to renew it. I was told that they (the store)didn't do that. That I had to call Bestbuy on the phone. I called twice and was put on hold for 20 minutes the first time 30 minutes the second time. Is there any other way of getting ahold of them without spending your lifetime on the phone waiting some who doesn, t care to answer the phone??
