Travelocity Complaint - Travelocity is the worst travel company ever
TACOMA, WASHINGTON -- Flight was booked 4 months in advance and the airline cancelled my flight a few weeks later. Travelocity never informed me of the cancellation and when I arrived at the airport for my return flight home, I was told that flight didn't even exist anymore.
I had to stay an extra night since the next flight out wasn't until the next morning and even though I called Travelocity from the airport, I wasn't offered any help at all except "Sorry Ma'am, there is nothing we can do." from the customer service.
So in short, I wasn't informed of anything, bought insurance on the flight that did me no good at all, had to get a last-minute hotel room on a Friday night, pay for extra food, cab fees and miss out on an extra day of work. After all this I was only told 'We are sorry for your inconvenience, hope you use us again'.
