Complaints Board Complaint - My three cents about Complaints Board
Let's put aside all the tomfoolery and shenanigans for a few minutes, and allow the time for a serious review of their website. After all, it is a consumer experience of mine that I'd like to share and review.
Not intending to sound biased or like a shill, I definitely prefer and recommend My3cents over any other consumer gripe site. I have tried surfing Complaints Board and Planet Feedback, and both were less than pleasing on the eyes. The tacky purple and green of Planet Feedback, and the glaring red EVERYWHERE on Complaints Board was a definite turn-off. The subtle blue background on My3cents is easy on the eyes and peaceful.
I've also found Complaints Board extremely difficult to navigate. I've always found My3cents was the easiest of the three when it came to jumping from one thread to the next, or researching and reviewing old posts from yesteryear. Complaints Board is like trying to ask the Three Blind Mice to make their way through a corn maze.
Overall, I just find that Complaints Board is more of a bother than a pleasure. I feel at ease when gliding through the stress free formatting of My3cents.
