Vacation Help Desk Complaint - Impossible To Book - Booking Vacation

Have 18 months to book prepaid vacation (great discount to 4 or 5 star resorts). Never have availability at advertised resorts. Only have same two resorts open when try to book. And we have tried to book no less than 8 times!!! Our trip has now doubled in price because only resort available is upgrade and month of March is spring break. The whole month is now in peak season. We haven't paid for airfare taxes or gratuities. I'm not seeing the discount here.

v.oconnor....I am currently disputing Vacation Booking via my credit card company, trying to get my money back for the services they never provided me. If you would like to help me out and provide an official statement to be sent to my CC company it would be a huge help. Please let me know and I can send you my email address. Thank you!
