Geek Squad Complaint - Installation - TV
THORNTON, COLORADO -- I purchased a TV (Flat Screen LED) from Best Buy, and had an installation set for between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm, and when I called to confirm the time, I was told that my installation was between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm. They changed it without calling to let us know. I was further told when I called Best Buy that the scheduled time was 12-4, that was pure BS. I have my purchase agreement that clearly states 8-12. If I breached a contract (I was told that it wasn't a contract, but it would hold up in court because it is the agreement I made to purchase the TV) I would feel obligated to give some of the customers money back to make it right. They didn't offer anything! I believe I should get the installation free. Total ripoff, not a reputable organization.
