Dish Network Complaint - Unfair to existing customers
COMANCHE, OKLAHOMA -- I am an existing customer of Dish Network and for several days I have been speaking with Dish representatives about changing my programming. Finally, yesterday, I had decided on ordering the changes and was told I would need to sign another 2 year commitment in order to get the new equipment I would need for the Blockbuster package. We have been good customers for almost 20 years and ANOTHER 2 YEAR COMMITTMENT!!!!. Isn't 20 years of paying on time enough? Thinking very seriously of changing to DirecTV as I am very upset. Will advise all family, friends & internet buddies to do the same.
