T-Mobile Complaint - Mislead on contract renewal
On Dec 28 I talked to a T-Mobil representative who said if I renewed my contract I could upgrage my cell phone and I would take two years on my contract to pay for the cell phones all I had to do was agree to two more years on my contract and go go a T-Mobil station and pick out the new phones. When I get out to the station the representative @ the station said I had to pay at least $90.00 dollars for the cell phones, when the representative told me all I had to do was go pick out the phones. I feel I was mislead to enter into the contract and I wanted to cancel the new contract. When I called on Dec 30 to do this they said it was to late, what kind of business is this, I have been a faithfull T-Mobil patron for 8 years. I was told all conversation are tape recorded you should listen to my conversation with this representative and see if she said any where that I had to pay for the phones. If I had to pay for the phones I would have just kept the ones I had. Know they are saying if I cancel the contracts I would have to pay $200.00 dollars. I have always told family and friends T-Mobil was better than any other company. I am very upset about this and I wish someone would contact me about this.
