The Honda Store Complaint - Dissatisfied customer
LANCASTER, MASSACHUSETTS -- I came into your store to get a car.. The finance office would not return my phone calls.. Then I wrote on your web page and you said you wanted to help me but my name couldn't be on the car. I said it needed to be..Again you said you would help? but bottom line NO HELP!!!
You people are very unprofessional, Passing the buck to every one else.. I got a brand new car at Honda Village so thanks for nothing and all the help you wanted so much to give me which was BS!!! Joe and Carlos, in finance "Thanks for nothing"!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would never ever do business with you people ever... You have no people skills and are not professional at all... You couldn't give my mother or I a straight answer on anything. Everything was a long process and I had to call but when you saw my number you wouldn't answer the call...
You really need to go back and learn how to deal with people. Since you can't do that properly, YOU ARE IN THE WRONG BUSINESS. MAYBE BURGER KING OR MC DONALD'S WOULD SUIT YOU BEST AND ONLY BY FLIPPING THE BURGERS IN THE BACK AND HAVING NO PEOPLE CONTACT..
ALSO THE SALES PEOPLE ARE READY TO ATTACK YOU WHEN YOU WALK IN THE DOOR..SEEING DOLLAR SIGNS IS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT.. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
