Bob's Discount Furniture Store Complaint -
CONNECTICUT -- I will never, ever, ever, ever go to another Bob’s store again. I’ll shop at the Goodwill or the Salvation Army before I go to another Bob’s store. The Customer Service was horrible. I go to the store and pick out something I like. Okay, I go through the purchasing process and the night mare started when the items came to my house. First of all, the two delivery guys did not speak any English and they had no clue what I was saying them and I sure had no clue what the hell they were saying to me. Come on Bob, this is America, we speak English here. Have at least one person on the truck who can speak English. In addition, all of the items were not delivered so, okay. Okay so they tell me that they will come in two days and I will get a phone call letting me know when they are coming. Two days came, no phone call. It is now a week. No call. It is now two weeks no call, So, I call them and they tell me that the rest of my items didn’t come because I had a balance but, I paid the balance. It was charged to my credit card. They claimed they had no record of that so; I went to the local store and for some crazy reason, they had scheduled a devevery date and they now have on record of me paying for the rest of the items. By this time I am so heated, I call the corporate office to make a complaint and the corporate office was sooooo uncouth, I told Bob’s to come get their junk out of my house and I‘ll never do business with them again.
