WILLIAMSBURG, VIRGINIA -- Hello. My husband and I were also scammed into purchasing a timeshare in 2008 and would love to at least get our money back and out of the contract. Please help, angieb23089@Yahoo.com.

I know there has been at least some litigation about Colonial Crossing. As I recall, it also appears they probably have some good lawyers working for them. For starters, try calling the Virginia Attorney Generals Office to see what they can tell you about Colonial Crossing. Their number is (804) 786-2071. Based on what information they give you, you may want to go a step further and see about getting yourself an attorney. By the way, it's not a good idea to leave your e-mail address on a public site like this since it could attract pranksters and spammers. Best of luck and keep us posted if you can.
