Sears Informative - Nightmare with online order
LANESBORO, NORTH DAKOTA -- Ordered a $277.00 Ionic Breeze Table Top model for a Christmas gift. The receiver wanted to exchange it for a floor model, went to Sears and the staff was not one bit helpful. They could only keep repeating, "It was an online order we can not do anything. I found the Customer Service number on my receipt and was directed to a Ca. number, where I was directed to email a site. I can only hope this can be resolved.
Be very aware of this if you order on line through a Sears store. Expect no help if a return is necessary.
