Nabisco Oreo Cookies Complaint - Complaint - Oreo Double Stuff Cookies

PORTSMOUTH, OHIO -- For the last 6 months most of the Oreos that I have purchased are all busted up in the package. Tonight I opened up one package and the first three cookies in row look like they were have baked and had been eaten on. If I do not get a reply from this and see a change in these cookies then I have bought my last Nabisco product. Email cradfrye@Yahoo.Com.

Call them! There is probably an 800 number on the package. Nabisco doesn't respond well to email.

I doubt that you will receive a reply to email. The best way to give feedback for ready to eat food products is the call the number on the package. Nabisco has one, I just happen to have all Keebler products here...

Good question, Anna. I wonder if they're all from the same store. Maybe the OP should try taking them back, in addition to contacting Nabisco.

try this number for Nabisco, 1 - 800 - 622 - 4726. when I have to call them, they are very helpful.

I think the problem with Oreos is that they have been making the outer layers thinner. This causes them to break too easily and this may be causing the damage. When you try to pull them apart so you can lick the white center the dark outer rings crumble. This is the way manufacturers keep from raising the price, they reduce the content.
