Hotwire Complaint - Mugged My Wallet
ORLLANDO -- I am FURIOUS! but who cares? Hotwire answers to no one. My money is gone. $350. Not small change. I cancelled a reservation I had made and prepaid. It was Christmas so I was afraid I would not be able to arrange one last minute. When I cancelled the reservation several days ahead of time (common courtesy) I find I was charged just the same. Enterprise told me there's nothing THEY can do, since I booked it 3rd party. And Hotwire COULDNT CARE LESS.
Everyone is so sweet when they're taking your credit card info. But when I asked for a refund...they told me I agreed to have my money taken.
It must be nice to provide bad service and get away with robbing people of their money. ANY BUSINESS would have refunded that money.
