T Mobile Complaint - Contract - Misleading A Customer
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I called customer service for a phone upgrade not a new contract in which I only had 2 months left. I was explained the different types of phones and decided to except my touch phone. I was told when the automated system come and ask questions to answer yes to both questions and my upgrade was in the computer and I could go the store for my phone. At the store I didn't like the phone, so I decided to look at others. During this time I was told that my contract was renewed for 2 yrs. and 14 days to select an upgrade. I am not the main account holder and couldn't make a decision on both phone numbers for a new 2 yrs. contract. I spoke with a supervisor who informed that, she could help me with a new phone but as for as the contract, I was stuck and nothing could be done. This is only 30 mins. later. What kind of a rip off is this.
