Discom Pongola Complaint - Careless - Bought Cellphone

KZN DURBAN -- I bought a cellphone on the second of January and on the fourth of January
it had speaker problem. I brought it back as the guarantee says and the Pongola Discom refused to replace the property. They took my phone and they told me that they will send to Durban and I must wait for about +- a month without having a phone. That is ridiculous.
