Burger King Complaint - Wrong Order Again?? - Drive-Thru Customer Service
HARRISBURG, PENNSYLVANIA -- I suppose I should have realized something might be amiss when I noticed the drive-thru employee on the phone this morning at 7am. I don't eat fast food often, but when I eat at Burger King they seem to mess up my order every time, and this is at several different locations in the Harrisburg area!
This morning, I noticed they have new breakfast biscuit sandwiches and decided to order one in a meal. This particular drive-thru does not have an order screen. The employee was nice enough, but I did notice she was on the phone when I drove up to pay and still on the phone when she gave me my change, drink and order. I should have checked my order, but I don't eat and drive at the same time. Too distracting. I only work about 5 minutes away from this BK anyway. I opened my order at work to eat it and was disappointed to see a croissan'wich instead of a biscuit. I've tried them before and the croissant doesn't taste at all like a croissant. Had a wanted a croissant sandwich, I would have just bought one at the cafeteria at work. They don't have biscuits though, hence me wanting to try one from BK this morning.
I'm just disappointed. Out of the last 5 times I've been to a Burger King in the Harrisburg Area, 3 of my orders have been goofed. Not saying I'll boycott them, as I don't eat there much to begin with, but I think I'll put in a call to the Manager at the one I stopped at this morning. Quality control issues abound.
