Frigidaire Complaint - Frigidaire customer service
Our refrigerator stopped working after purchasing it 6 months ago. We purchased a Frigidaire model # FFH2612LS from ABC Warehouse in Michigan. We experienced no problems until it just stopped working. It was in the middle of the night and we lost a ton of food. We called ABC customer service and originally the first service company was not going to be able to make it until the following day; Which in my opinion was to long. So I called Frigidaire's customer service and the representative actually told me that I was lucky to have a service company get to me that quick. I told her That's a horrible attitude to have and you should never tell a customer that there lucky, after your product that is 6 months old died and cost them around $500. 24 hours later we still don't have a refrigerator and we won't have one for 4 more days. Also to add to the pain the service technician said that after he fixes it that there is no guarantee that it won't break again. He told us to call Frigidaire and tell them are problem because he believed that we should get a new one. Frigidaire would not agree to give us a new one instead they said that this had to be fixed first. And if it broke again in the next 6 months they will replace it. THAT'S REAL COMFORTING!!!!!!!!!!!!
