T-Mobile Complaint - How could this have happened?
In the past, my son and I have had a phone plan together. Your company allowed my son, Kevin Carter Jr. to make changes to our account while he was underage. I missed out on all of my upgrades to my phone since you allowed my son to use them. I missed all of the perks meant for my phone since T-mobile allowed my son to use both sets of benefits and I used none of them. On top of everything else, He was allowed to change his account without notifying me. Remember, he wasn't supposed to change anything on the account without T-mobile notifying me.
As a result of these changes, I have received a bill for $212.00, when my bill was supposed to be $60/month. I feel as though I was overcharged for my bill since these changes were made without my authorization.
