Sears Complaint - Sears.com Customer Service

LILBURN, GEORGIA -- No words just horrible experience with them. If you don't believe try it, order at Sears.com horrible & big liar customer service, hard to understand what they said... Changed charger from your credit card what ever they want, cancel the good deal you got, tell you reorder without good deal you got.... If you order from Sears.com GOOD LUCK....

I would never order form Sears.com based on all the complaints I've seen. It's ironic how Sears successfully ran a catalog for decades but couldn't make the switch to the internet. It really is a shame.
