HYATTSVILLE, MARYLAND -- I switched to Cricket for the low price, bad idea. Problem after problem with the phone and service. Going to switch to a more reliable carrier. Don't waist your time or money on Cricket.

What were some of the problems you encountered with the phone and service? The more details you can provide, the better understanding us fellow consumers can gain on the product.
