Best Buy Complaint - Cancelled a computer with some services I paid for & never took possession
BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- I had to take a 2 bus trip to go back to the store @ 5102 Ave you Brooklyn NY to get my credit card debit for the full amount I paid for a computer & services on 12/4/11 that was coming from one store into this store & I was to pick up on Wed 12/8/11. I called on Tues 12/7/11 to say I was cancelling & would not be picking it up. On Sat 12/10/11 I went to the store to get my money back becausee they said I had to do it in person even though I never took possesion of the computer. They credited my credit card as a return for the computer & 2 yr service contract but left on over $400 for services which they claimed were put on to the computer in the 3 days going from one store to the other. This is not true none of the services such as a tech to come into my home to tranfer files from old computer to new was put on to the computer that was probably sold to some. one else as I nevewr saw it. My next step is to go to the Beter Business Bureau to get my money back.
