T-Mobile Complaint - T-Mobile Fraud
OVERLAND PAKR, KANSAS -- In November of 2010 we entered into a contractual agreement with T-Mobile for four phones on a family plan. We went to great length to insure that each phone would work within the area of intended use. One phone was to be used in Florida, one at a christian mission in a small town in Kansas and the other two in the KC area. We were told by the T-Mobile agent that the phone to be used at the mission would be roaming the majority of the time but that would not be a problem. In October of 2011 we received a letter from T-Mobile stating that the phone at the mission was being canceled because of excessive roaming. Despite our protestations T-Mobile would not reconsider. We then asked them to change our plan to a less expensive plan with lower minutes. We were then told that in order to do so we would have to extend the contract for one more year. I would rather go out on the town with Charlie Manson than do another year with T-Mobile. The time as come for a class action lawsuit. T-Mobile is vulnerable and a class action suit could just put them under. In the interim I would suggest that if you are looking for a cellular company avoid T-Mobile as you would avoid a syphilitic whore.
