T-Mobile Complaint - Burned by T-Mobile
BELLVUE, WASHINGTON -- I was out of contract, went into a T-Mobile store to buy an accessory with my mom. The salesman asked what plan I was on and informed me a less expensive plan was available called the Family plan and that I could add my mom with less monthly expense than the plan I was on.
No activation fee, less expense per month, extra line for mom - great! He wrote it all down. We walked out happy. - UNTIL I GOT MY BILL!!!!
Higher rate, activation fee's and now stuck in a 2 year contract for 2 LINES!!! T-Mobile will not honor the plan he outlined, will not credit my bill, will not let me go back on my old plan and will not let me out of this new fraudulent agreement. Also, I cancelled service and they never processed until after the next billing cycle began so they're sticking me with another month of service on 2 Lines I'm not using because I cancelled. FRAUD!!!! SCAMMERS!!!! RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!! and now a Sprint Customer with no issues, first bill came in at exactly what they said it would, so finally a happy customer, just not of T-Mobile.
