BROOKLYN, NEW YORK -- This business uses high pressure sales tactics and abuses potential customers. I ordered a Canon a510 from them because they had the lowest price. However, I received an email saying they required more info. When I called and didn't agree to buy any accessories I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I called again; same thing. Third time Tom R. said the product would be shipped. I was skeptical. However, they took my money so I thought maybe.... Then today (8/31/05) They send me the following email:

the item you ordered is not available for immediate shipment.

expecting it to ship in

This was after I was assured by 'Tom R.' that the camera was in stock and it would be shipped. Clearly they want me to cancel the order so they can avoid honoring the low price on their on their website. Classic BAIT AND SWITCH. I DID cancel this order, mostly because I didn't think I would ever see the camera or my money refunded. Luckily I did finally receive a refund....2 weeks after they said they would refund my money and after CNET, the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Consumer Affairs-NYC were contacted.
PLEASE AVOID THESE CROOKS!
