Citi bank Complaint - Refinance

O'FALLON, MISSOURI -- I filled September 11 for refinance my loan. Citi bank have given me so much run around. They don't answer my calls. They yelled at me and tell me to wait, I have called client relation an explain several times. They say I am approved but don't know what is the hold up. Managers don't respond. Every other day or so I call and get different people that I have to explain the same things and they say will call me back, never do so. Every month I am paying 800 dollars extra because my new loan is cheaper. So I have lost money.
