Sprint/Bestbuy Complaint - Non-Truth
KENOSHA, WISCONSIN -- I upgraded 2 Sprint phones through Bestbuy. One on December 22nd and was told there were no additional fees for upgrading other than the cost of the phone and any accessories I might need. So, I decided to upgrade my other phone January 1st and again I ask and was told the same, no additional fees. Now its Jan 10th and I have around 100.00 added to my bill for upgrading the 2 phone (upgrade fee) and Sprint says its Bestbuy's issue but sorry you were not told. I have been with Sprint many years and I pay a 240.00 bill each month...will I continue...no!
