Florist Express Complaint - Florist Express / ProFlowers Inability to provide Service
ILD SAYBROOK, CONNECTICUT -- Ordered flowers on Friday for close friend who had lost her Father. In good faith I placed the order with Florist Express.net. They gave me no disclosure online that they were unable to service the area where the delivery was to be made. They advertised Online that it would be a Saturday delivery. The city is close to Chattanooga, TN.
I received an email Saturday at Noon advising me that they were unable to deliver on Saturday. I then received a follow-up email Sunday at Noon advising they would deliver on Monday with a note of apology to the recipient. I then received an email (No phone call??) at 2:30 PM today, Monday, advising me that they were unable to complete the order, indicating "Remoteness of the delivery address" as their excuse.
I had tried other websites prior to this one and each of them would tell you immediately if they were able to service the Zip Code entered. If this company is a part of Pro Flowers, they should also have the same capability.
