Pixius Communications Complaint - Bad advice from Tech Support

WICHITA, KANSAS -- I was having continual problems with my e mail account. The tech support people were unable to resolve it even though it dragged on for months. At the suggestion of their help desk I purchased a new router but still had the problem. Once I installed it I found out that they were having an "unrelated" problem with their e mail system. Once that problem was fixed my e mail works fine.
Their statement is that the router is on my side of the system so they will not reimburse me even though my old one was not the problem.
I will not recommend that anyone go with their service.
