Time Warner Cable Business Class Compliment - Tad Caudill is awsome!!!

AKRON, OHIO -- Hi, my name is Jim & I'm opening a retail store this weekend.

On Mon 01/09/2012 I called TWC Business Class Midwest (Columbus OH) to set up internet service for my store. The salesman took me thru what to expect & gave me a rate on a 2 yr. contract that I agreed to. He said that he would email it to me to sign, send back , & installation would be on Fri..

Well I looked & waited & no email. So, at around 6:30 that night I called to see what was going on, & I called & I called. So finally I just called the general number again & got Tad Caudill. This guy was so helpful! Got the agreement to me, I e-signed it, he pushed it thru to meet the Fri. install. Now, keep in mind these guys are paid on commission, Tad likely will see nothing from this sale. I guess I've been wrong all these years...

...customer service does exist ! (just in bits & pieces)Dear Time Warner Mgmt. If you hold this guy up as an example maybe you'll get less bad reviews (oh, it turns out, the first salesman went home sick & still has not been back as of this writing, It is Jan. in Ohio after all!)

It is really great to read a complimentary review about customer service. I work in retail and try hard to help each customer. It's not always the case, but good to hear that there are some others out there that do this. Thanks for posting about some good work!
