Delta Airlines Complaint - Money doesn't matter
ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- Due to surgery on my legs, I made the decision to book a flight three months earlier than I normally would. In order to have not only leg room, but space in the aisle to move my knee, ankle and leg, I chose to pay full price for first class. An extravagance, but in my opinion a medical necessity. When I booked, there were three other seats chosen in first class out of 24. I chose an aisle seat in row 2.
Today they changed the plane and there are now more seats in first class. Yet they moved me to a window. Why? To please non revenue producing people whom get the right to have first class seating due to their status. To kiss the asses of these people is no doubt understandable AFTER they take care of people who pay them CASH - revenue.
When I called to complain, oh heavens, ever talk to a cement wall. Worse part is they know but can't do anything because upper management refuses to change or listen. God help us if we could ever get to that level of person, but their walls prevent that better than any internet firewall.
If there is another carrier option, I will never fly them again
