Radio Shack Mobile Service Complaint - Buyer Beware - Any Cellular Phone

I purchase a Blackberry through Radio Shack and even though they boust a 30 days satisfaction guarantee on their website they would not replace the phone that was not working properly....told me I had to send it back and they would look at it and decide if they would send me a new phone...a process that would take approx. 7-10 business days. Which meant I would be without a phone for that period of time. The phone they sent was defective the least they could do is send me a replacement first and once in hand and activated I would gladly send back the defective phone but they told me they would only do that if I gave them a credit card and they hold $400 hostage. Really....very bad customer service. Never buy a cell phone through Radio Shack...pay more and go through your carrier much less headaches.

Radio Shack is okay for batteries and remote control toys, but that's about all I'd use them for.
