Walmart Complaint - Rude behavior of Deli and Bakery staff
TUSCALOOSA, ALABAMA -- I wish something could be done with the staff that work in the Deli and the Bakery at Wal-mart. They seem so unhappy with their jobs. This is the Walmart on Skyland(Tuscaloosa, AL) and in Northport, AL. Each time that I have placed orders at either location the staff makes me feel as though they are angry that I'm placing a order. I did report the attitudes with store Manager in Northport location, but there's no change. I went in tonight at Tuscaloosa's location to order a birthday cake for my daughter and of course had to endure the unsupportive, eyes rolling, breathing hard when questions are asked behavior! The lady that attempted to assist me had very little knowledge about the products and kept referring to a second staff member who answered in a tone of I COULD CARE LESS! As a matter of fact she gossipped to a third staff member on how rude she had to get with a customer on the phone, because they kept calling asking the same question. "So, I just told her--MA'AM WE DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THAT! AND I HUNG UP ON HER!" Can you please help out with these attitudes. I love shopping at Walmart, but lately I've driven to stores that were a little further out in distance and prices a little higher, but attitudes are GOLDEN! They could really learn a lot from the staff at Publix Groceries.
