Netzero Complaint - Cancellation Business Model Consumer Trap
ARIZONA -- Cancellaton of the service is not possible on the Web and customers cannot disconnect a credit card once submitted. More importantly a Netzero representative missled me to believe the service was cancelled. Forty-five days after cancellation an automatic charge was made to my credit card. After talking with two netzero agents a cancellation number was obtained but no refund for the inappropriate, unwanted, and unused service was given and they would not provide written proof of the cancellation. After listening to the support services people it is my opinion their business model is or is very near fraud.
