EBay Complaint - "No longer a registered user."
I purchase a prop from eBay seller dkl65. The deal went south and I had to report him to Ebay.
I contacted Ebay Customer Service about this issue and was sent an email telling me they would look into this matter.
so Ebay took action because dkl65 is: "No longer a registered user."
Guess what? Not so after checking for more STAR TREK props to buy for my collection.
I found this same seller was selling his goods under another eBay account (ID) slave_n_collar the very same day!
How can this be?
I thought when you report a dishonest seller and they get booted by Ebay as "No longer a registered user." they could not have or use an old account or apply for a NEW account! They even tell you this in a Ebay policy!
But it seems to me Ebay rewards bad sellers. Ebay is breaking it's own rules or policy by letting a bad seller have a open account under a different family members name EXAMPLE: Wife, daughter, or son! This is wrong on so many levels.
I contacted Ebay Customer Service a second time and told them what I had found out and I was told this:
" Sir, we don't know if it is him or not, we will check out your information but we can not tell you what kind of action we will take if it is the same seller as before."
This is just Bad Customer Service and this seller will scam other buyer's just like he did me before any action will be taken.
So Ebay did not help the buyer (me) BUT rewarded the bad seller.
Beware if you buy anything from this seller in the future.
