Dish Network Complaint - Very poor customer service
I have been a dish customer for a littel over a year now and I have recently upgraded my service from the top 120 to the top 250 package and I asked for I one price to pay every month then when they upgraded me they told me it was one price and then I find out its different price and I told the representative and the suprivisor this and got trasnferd around all night long I asked for one price and one price only so I know what I have to pay every month they constanly change the prices around to suit them. I have been on the for hours trying to straigthen things out and every time I do I get trasfered to someone else every five minuets. there installer was to show up on a Monday to install a DVR did not show lost half a days pay had to reshedule for a saterday and the guy shows up to install thr DVR and damages my entertainment center. overall this the worst company ever and you can't get a straight answer from them if you tried know matter how hard you work to get thing resolved you are still dealing with a bunch of morons I would never recommend anyone going with dish they worst company ever.
