Wyndham Complaint - Reservations a disaster

We had out of town guest and thought we would go to the Galvez for a nice couple of days. Our reservations were a disaster-clerks taking our reservations could not speak Eng., got the wrong dates, booked us for too many nights, etc. After arriving, we were sitting in lobby relaxing, when we were asked to "move" someone had to clean ceiling. They could not wait? We pay their salaries, and yours. Is this the way to treat customers? We will never stay at a Wyndam again.

Sorry, I can't fault them for wanting to keep the place clean... That actually happened to me at the ER the other night. It happens.

Directly booking reservations online w/ email confirmation and a follow up call to the hotel for added insurance that all parties are on the same page has worked well for me.
Consider giving the manager your feedback and passing this post on to corporate.
