Wyndham Complaint - Reservations a disaster
We had out of town guest and thought we would go to the Galvez for a nice couple of days. Our reservations were a disaster-clerks taking our reservations could not speak Eng., got the wrong dates, booked us for too many nights, etc. After arriving, we were sitting in lobby relaxing, when we were asked to "move" someone had to clean ceiling. They could not wait? We pay their salaries, and yours. Is this the way to treat customers? We will never stay at a Wyndam again.
