Verizon Wireless Complaint - Verizon breaks agreement, un-announced with a large account of almost 20 years
TEXARKANA, TEXAS -- We have been customers of Verizon for almost 20 years, long before they were "Verizon". We are in ministry and have a very LARGE account with multiple phones, a netbook computer and router. We receive paydays at different times during the month. Each month for over a year, I have had to call them to make an arrangement. This time was the same as always, no problem. A few days ago, we found ourselves without service. I called and the guy apologized and immediately turned us back on and waved all charges. Today, no service again and we're not even scheduled to pay until Friday. This time the people were very rude to us. I couldn't reach my husband who was out of town, he couldn't reach me, of course. Their story is that the supervisor would not approve this arrangement that has been on going without a problem for over a year. I got NO call, nothing, just NO SERVICE. I called back numerous times and got no where. I told them this was not our fault that this was approved and we are always a good pay and we were set to pay in two days. All of a sudden, everything had changed without my knowledge and here we are without service, I just got out of the hospital, I'm lying in bed, my husband's out of town and has no way of talking to me or anyone, all because this company reneged on what they said!! They have just lost a large and long time account and I wish I could tell the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
