T-Mobile Complaint - Charge for a phone line thats not being used.
ST.LOUIS, MISSOURI -- T-mobile sent me a new without my request in 11/2011 the that they sent me sim card was never activated. T-mobile added as a 3rd line and is now charging me for a phone line that's not in use. no one informed me to either send phone back or start paying for it. I put my present sim card # which is my number that I have had with T-mobile for almost 5yrs. I refuse to pay for a line that's not in use, I'm thinking about ending my contract with T-mobile due to this issue. I should only be paying for 2 phone lines. I hope this issue is resolved immediately or I'm gonna cancel as soon as possible...
