Fax.com Informative - Worst Company in the World

SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- Our company has been using fax.com since 2005. We pay for additional storage with this fax server and have thousands of faxes saved on their website. For the past several months we have been having terrible problems where we cannot open the faxed files that we receive. Instead we get an error message. We have been opening these faxes through the email notification that they send whenever we get a fax. Then the problem got worse. Now we cannot email out the faxes that we receive or open them. We can't open any of our previously stored faxes as well. This is a huge problem for our company and we have been so frustrated, especially because no one with their customer support has been able to help us. They keep telling us the problem has been fixed, but we still cannot access any of our faxes. Now when we call, they tell us they will call back and then we don't ever hear from them. I strongly suggest anyone looking for an online fax server to try a different service than fax.com!
