RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA -- Purchased set in Raleigh and when they delivered it my husband and I both thought it did not look like what we purchased in the store. When we sat on it the cushions would not go all the way in and hung over the frame by about 4 inches. The loveseat sank between the two cushions. I called the salesman & he said to call Customer Service. They could only come out on the January 25th and that day was not convenient for me being my daughter's birthday and we were having a special day for her since she is dying of breast cancer. They would not cooperate with me. Now the salesman isn't cooperating and he's turned me over to the manager. I am getting a horrible runaround and considering the quality of this I will have to replace it within months. Don't go to Rooms to Go. Try Rolesville Furniture. Very nice people.

Whenever you have something like this delivered to your home make sure it is what you ordered before you sign for delivery. The minimum you should have done is called the store when the delivery was there and before you signed.

As for Big Lots, I am happy with a recliner and a futon mattress that I bought from there. Big Lots furniture isn't bad.
