Dish TV Complaint - If you like to cry, buy Dish TV.

Review by gary.nadine on 2012-01-22
BLOOMSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA -- I switched from Direct TV 2 mos ago for the dish freebies. Everything about the Dish TV system is difficult. The on screen guide is a total mish mash, the on screen prompts are confusing and the 2 TVs DVR does psychotic things. The most heinous is the on screen pop ups to trick customers into buying movies. I am just ready to eat the cancellation fee to get free.

You could try contacting Dish's corporate headquarters (9601 S. Meridian Blvd., Englewood, CO) at (303) 723-1000. However, you may have done this and it appears, from the numerous complaints both here and on other sites, that Dish might not care if you complain or not. You can also file a complaint at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/index.shtml It's fairly easy and will at least add to the growing file of complaints about Dish (and Direct TV, for that matter).
