RK Subaru Compliment - RK Subaru Outback Resolution Progress

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA -- Earlier this month I posted an account of the history of problems that I experienced with my 2003 Subaru Outback that I purchased from RK Subaru. I never could have dreamed that the response would have been so concerted and thorough.

The day after my posting hit the net I was contacted by Mr. Tom Kline via e-mail and telephone. He told me that he wanted to meet with my wife and me concerning our purchase and subsequent vehicle problems (see previous post). We arranged for the meeting.

Tom painstakingly sorted through all of our service records and detailed the maintenance history of the vehicle. After talking for over an hour Mr. Kline presented us with a few options and was open to suggestions concerning how the dealership could make us happy. Well needless to say we have been made very happy.

I can honestly say that if I had to do anything differently I would have insisted that the management team at RK Subaru was involved in the dispute resolution process sooner. These people are really interested in customer satisfaction. Mr. Kline worked closely with Susan at Subaru corporate in New Jersey to ensure that our situation was resolved to our satisfaction.
