Samsung TV Complaint - Crappy Tvs
PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON -- I have a a plasma TV from Samsung and and it broke. We call customer care and told them we were very happy with what they said. They were to have a repair guy come out but we would have to pay for him to come out and if they couldn't fix it they would let us put the money towards a new TV for what are TV was worth or send us a refurbished one. Well the repair guy finally came out and charged us 200.00 And then told us the panels were broke. So we called Samsung back and they said so sorry your loss your TV is no longer under warranty and we no longer make that part for your TV. We told them they were a rip off. The guy said said every business is. We have a autistic son that we support and we could of used that money for something for him or towards a new TV instead of some guy coming out telling us what we already knew. And we did not have the TV for that long and the only reason why we got it is so my son couldn't put his face up to the TV. So we got one that hung on the wall but the sad thing is we had a Walmart TV for 13 years and had no problems and we buy a Samsung plasma big screen and have nothing but issues.
