It's really suck I lost $25 for nothing but problem. I'm trying to book a flight from NYC to Bkk for me and my daughter using different credit card. It's nightmare. The sale representative they used is so hard to understand the accent I'm not sure if they are based in India or something. He starts telling me the price and told me to book separately since I book with 2 credit cards. He books my flight and it went ok then he tried to book my daughter's flight the price hase gone up for $300. It's so ridiculous!!!! Why the hell I want to pay $300 for the same flight? It's his own flight he didn't book at the same time and pay with 2 credit cards and now they end up charge me $25 deducting out from my refund!!!!!. I'm so pissed and mad. 5 minutes phone call cost me $25 for refund! So stupid!. I hate this company and will never do business with them ever again. They should have waive it for me!
